Our office provides its customers with complex services in the field of property law. With a view to the growing interest in property investments in Bulgaria, our office serves a number of Bulgarian and foreign customers. In this regard, we work in close cooperation with local and foreign property agencies and established construction companies.

The services we provide include in-depth research of the real estate market, finding the appropriate estates in the territory of the whole country considering our customers’ interests, preparation of detailed reports on the legal status of the estates, negotiating with third parties, representation in the conclusion of preliminary contracts and realization of the final property transactions.

The largest part of our customers are British, Irish and Russian investors, who with our legal aid have purchased a considerable number of villas, family hotels and apartments in our famous sea resorts such as Varna, Balchik, Kavarna, Sozopol, Lozenets, etc. There is also a huge interest in purchasing properties located in our mountain ski-resorts Borovets, Pamporovo and Bansko, as well as the nearby smaller villages.

In recent years, our team has been working for foreign investors who have bought construction sites in the territory of Sofia and the big sea resorts where they are building office centers and big hotels.

The processes related to the design and construction of buildings, are complex and require coordination with the respective institutions. We provide our customers with our long experience so that they could meet all legal and technical requirements and obtain the relevant building permits and the unproblematic use of the new site.

With a view to the complex service of our customers in the above spheres of activities and their need of lending, our team conducts consultations and negotiations with different banks and non-banking financial institutions, with some of which it works in close cooperation.
